Getting so lazy that a season doesn't even get it's own PR. :/
Exec summary - S35 great (2w, 11r), S36 sucked (1w,6r).
As usual bobbing up and down between D2 and D3. At least they added another CB race to D3 so it's not as bad as it was, I went up to D2 and didn't fare well. Bottom line, just not enough talent and spread too thin. Egbert Killebrew has been the one bright light and was responsible for all 3 wins the last two seasons. I would love to get out of CB racing altogether, however just can't part with Jason Stockford just yet - and if I did, do I sell Bret??? How could I do that?!! Jason is not a big winner - 1 w/12 r isn't a good ratio.
In terms of squad development, I keep finding (either through transfers or talents), Canadian TT talents. I took it as a sign and have picked up about half a dozen half-decent TT talents (only one could be considered really good - Erik Midkiff has VG TT potential). So far, this team has done bugger all - Fox Uhl (love his name!) has only produced one result in probably a dozen TT races. Ideally, I invest in these guys and drop a few divisions. But Egbert alone could keep the team in D3.
Next season outlook. Should really grow some balls, get out of CB racing and devote the squad to 1) supporting Egbert and 2) further TT development. The team still has quality LOs (LO1's and LO sprints) so he has loads of support. Should sell Jason and Laffoon the Baffoon, keep Bret for old time's sake, and train the tt-ers up. But we'll see.
